* Today is my spiritual birthday. 17 years ago on july 22 i met my meditation teacher and 17 years ago today i officially joined my spiritual organization! Grateful beyond words for my meditation teacher and all the beautiful, simple things he’s taught me. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it hadn’t been for him. The most important thing I’ve learned is that I still have lots of learning to do!
* Spent the afternoon reading in my grandpa’s room. Its so peaceful and quiet in there, just like him. Grateful for books and bookmarks (that handsome man is my grandpa in his 20s!)
